Fast shipping. Not too difficult to assemble, especially if you have any experience at all with wood glue! Finished by wiping on 8 coats of 50/50 oil based semi-gloss polyurethane and mineral spirits and they look amazing.

Great cabinets!

Great cabinets. Went together well. One of the drawer bottoms came un-notched and they sent a new one in about a week. The metal cleat on the self-closing drawers keep coming out of the holes on a couple of the drawers.

We were looking for cost-effective cabinets for our kitchen remodel, and during our search came across the Amishwerks website. We were somewhat hesitant to buy cabinets online, but after more research, reading of reviews, and questions promptly answered by Steve, we decided to make a purchase of Rustic Hickory cabinets. We bought enough cabinets for a complete u-shaped kitchen, plus island. They arrived in the time quoted, and were packaged very well. I put one together to see what it looked like, and to test the assembly instructions. Even without using glue, the cabinet is very solid, straight, well made, and the hickory look is exactly what we wanted. Even my finish-carpenter brother was impressed. We can't wait to get them all in place! If you want a great, cost effective alternative to custom and big box kitchen cabinets, we don't think you'll be disappointed with Amishwerk
